Information

The SCS Global Registry is a platform and clearinghouse for the evaluation, registration and financing of climate mitigation projects. Its focus is on projects that can contribute meaningfully to the reduction of excess planetary heat, measured as radiative forcing (RF), both in the near-term and longer-term. Our goal is to support efforts that can stabilize and ultimately restore Earth’s climate, while simultaneously providing additional human health and environmental co-benefits in concert with UN Sustainable Development Goals. SCS Global Registry is a non-profit organization, and an affiliate of Scientific Certification Systems, Inc. and its family of SCS organizations.
